- Book your wine tour transportation as soon as possible. Generally, we sell out Saturdays up to 3-4 weeks ahead of time during Spring, Summer, Fall and 1-2 weeks ahead of time in Winter.
- You can book your transportation without knowing exactly which wineries you'll be visiting. We can always update your itinerary later.
- After narrowing down your itinerary, call each winery to make sure they can accommodate your group around the time you'd like to arrive. Call the winery and make a reservation for your tasting, and make a note of who you spoke with.
- Individual winery policies and pricing vary widely and change often. Wineries may require that tasting fees for large groups be paid in advance.
